Public Health England (PHE) and Health Education England (HEE) are working together with key national partners, LETBs, academics, and local authority and NHS leads to support development of the Making Every Contact Count (MECC) agenda. MECC already has support amongst health and care providers, but there has been a lack of clarity to date on what is meant by MECC and in the coordination of support and resources.
At the end of 2015, the advisory group sought examples of local MECC training delivery, service evaluation, case studies and any local reviews of MECC delivery. These case studies are published below. We are hoping to build on this valuable resource. If you would like to submit a case study, please complete the case study submission form and e-mail to HEE.MECC@nhs.net.
